returns edge normals and point normals for a CPL

Description

Slow but correct function for CPL and PL. In case of PL, the last edges are not plotted.
Written on SY Bontekoning in the bay Cala Portals (Mallorca)

Syntax

[ENL,PNL,PDL]=CPLedgeNormal(CPL)

Input Parameter

CPL: Closed Polygon List separated by NaN

Output Parameter

ENL: edge normal list
PNL: Point normal list
PDL: Point distance list (vector to next point)
