Sliced CPL of a single closed surface

Description

This quite well structured and tested function analyses a cutting plane, or sliced plane of a solid geometry that has completely closed contours and consist of exactly one single closed surface.
It could be accelerated by replacing ELreconnect by a more specific function, since the edge list is always a closed polygon that should not be touched by another one.
WARNING: Make sure that there is only one closed surface in VL/FL
