converts an edge list into a facet list (tricky) EXPERIMENTAL
Description
This procedure has still an experimental status, even it is working for correct edge lists. It simply starts with the first vertex index, looks for all successional edges, takes one which contrary has not been used form the staring vertex index. The following starting edge is the 1st and 3rd point of the last facet, (also using the same starting vertex). Afterwards an edge is selected that was used before in opposite direction. (If there is no one anymore, the residual surface is not connected.
