creates a hook for squared shaped rails

Description

EXPERIMENT to create a new SGofCPLzchamfer function
The SGofCPLzchamfer function fails and suffers from the fact that top/bottom faces are missing or not filled correctly
In addition the varity of different edges such as from PLchamfer are not used.

Syntax

SG=SGhook4railsquared([DR,d,"shape"])

Input Parameter

DR: polyline small function; default is 31
d: thickness of the hook
"shape": function works with 'line','bezier','circ','mattheck'; default is 'mattheck'

Output Parameter

SG: Final solid geometry
