returns a vertex list without double and without entries that are not used by EL

Description

Similar to VLFLshort. Only the vertex list is shortened to remove vertices that are doubled or no used by EL. The edge list is only resorted.

[SVL,SEL]=VLELshort(VL,EL)

Input Parameter

VL: Vertex list
EL: Edge list

Output Parameter

SVL: Shortened vertex list
SEL: Resorted edge list
