wait for keyboardkey pressed
Description
this function implements the two possibilities of getting a keyboardchar
as uint8 that are supported by Matlab either by
ginput(1) or
callback function in gcf
the callback function is able to return also special keys such as pageup or pagedown. in this case the uint8 vector does contain more than one element
CNTRL-C interrupts both functions
