Description
on mac the command is system(['open' ]);
on pc the command is winopen();
The search sequence is:
a) if full path, use full path
b) use which to find such a file in the search path

Input Parameter
fname: | | Filename; default is in the desktopdir |
aname: | | application name |
nn: | | selector of fname, if fname is a cell list |
