downloads a file from a url and changes the name to date and tim

Description

Same construction data is stored on file server in the internet. By using this function it is possible to download it and store it permanently for performance reasons locally on your system. In addition the name of the file can be changed to a name concept that fits your needs.
By default date and time of download is used as name.
By default the original extension of the file is reused.

Syntax

[fname,orgfname,data]=webdownload([url,FNAME])

Input Parameter

url: complete url to download the file
FNAME: new file name; default is datestr; false=> original name

Output Parameter

fname: file name on your file system
orgfname: original file name
data: data from url source
