The current version is SG-Lib 5.5 (2025), compiled for MATLAB 2024b and shipping with the complete HTML documentation. It is free for educational, non-profit use; the licence renews with each release.

SG-Lib 5.6 is coming — release September 2026. Version 5.6 adds the Claude interface and the batch-pool automation. The version you can download today, SG-Lib 5.5, works with the ChatGPT / MATLAB interface only (no Claude interface yet) and does not yet offer the full capabilities of 5.6.

How to install

1. Use MATLAB 2024b (the release the toolbox is compiled for).
2. Download the toolbox file above.
3. Double-click it, or agree to install it as a MATLAB toolbox.
4. Make sure via setpath that it is at the top of the path.
5. Test with: VLFLlicense, PLcircle(10)
6. Download the tutorials to get started.
