returns the facets to close contours in a plane to generate a cover surface
Description
Generic procedure that manages different parameter situations in an object oriented manner.
ALL VERTICES OF ALL CONTOURS HAVE TO BE IN THE SAME PLANE and describe plane contour vertex lists in the same plane. All inner contours have to be FULLY inside of the outer contour. No crossings are allowed.
