Input Parameter

d: | | tolerance; default is 1 |
Output Parameter
VIL: | | 1 outward, -1=inward, 0 = neither nor |

SGTcut(SG,'KL',0.1); X=ans
SGissurfaceframe(X,SGTget(SG,'KL')) % KL is outward frame for one solid
